Social media can be a powerful tool to grow your business, but it can also be a workplace distraction and a forum for harmful messages that undermine your brand. Through this session you’ll learn when and how you can regulate the use of social media in the workplace. We’ll also help you navigate the current social media rules and regulations, including recent National Labor Relations Board positions and tips for implementing a social media policy in your organization. In addition, we’ll look at some tricky situations real employers have faced and discuss how to successfully handle them.
