Ada has been with Payday HCM for over two years. She loves interacting with her clients and ensuring they know Payday HCM has their back. Her favorite part of working at Payday HCM is assisting her clients and knowing they will get the needed help. She firmly believes that our client's success is our success.
 
Ada loves to be at home with her husband and dog in her spare time. She also loves to hang out with her family. Ada enjoys walking her dog, cleaning, and spending time with her loved ones.

With 14 years in the payroll industry, Paula is your go-to customer service representative for maintenance and systems operation. She thrives on guiding clients through our processes and ensuring they have the support they need to succeed. She's a leader, and mentor to her co-workers. Paula enjoys helping others and believes in treating others with respect and kindness.

As an accounting assistant with nine years of dedicated service at Payday HCM, Irene brings a wealth of experience in financial management and customer service.

Her primary responsibilities revolve around ensuring seamless interactions with banks and demonstrating a commitment to excellence in client relations.

Irene specializes in meticulous bank reconciliation, where her attention to detail and analytical skills shine, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

With a passion for precision and a proven track record of reliability, Irene is poised to continue making significant contributions to the financial success of Payday HCM.

Mireya Bejarano

Accounting Assistant

Mireya is an accounting assistant experienced in  ACH processing and banking for the payroll industry/ area and is instrumental in leading successful compliance audits. She lives in Albuquerque, and she enjoys hiking.

Lina Alvarez

Receptionist

Lina joined the Payday HCM team in 2001 as the company's receptionist. She works closely with the wrap-room department to ensure payroll gets out to the clients. She has a variety of tasks and responsibilities daily and enjoys working with clients and giving professional and personable service to everyone.

One of her most significant achievements in life is her family. She has a loving husband and three beautiful children. In addition to her family, she has a beautiful boxer dog that fills her heart with lots of joy and happiness.

Lina enjoys helping her husband, John, with his woodworking projects and being his number one supporter. She loves hanging out in her backyard with friends and family, enjoying good company and food.

Amanda Alvarez

Expediter

Amanda Alvarez is a Wrap Room Specialist/ Expeditor who works directly with the HCMCs to ensure payrolls are wrapped up specifically for the client's needs and sent out promptly.

Amanda knows that you do for the client as you would want it done for you when it comes to customer service.

Amanda knows that you must have drive and discipline to accomplish greatness in both personal and professional life.
